Tailwheel Aircraft Handling: Training will focus on how to handle the aircraft during taxi, takeoff, and landing. Tailwheel planes can be more prone to ground looping (a sudden turn on the ground) and require precise control.
Takeoff and Landing Techniques:
You'll practice short-field takeoffs and landings, as well as handling the aircraft during crosswinds and other challenging conditions.
Endorsement in Logbook:
Once you’ve successfully completed the training, your instructor will provide a logbook endorsement, which allows you to act as pilot-in-command of tailwheel aircraft.
Obtaining a tailwheel endorsement adds a valuable dimension to your flying abilities, allowing you to handle a broader range of aircraft and enhancing your overall piloting skills.
