Flying with Grace was founded in 2023 from a lifelong passion for aviation and a desire to share the joy of flying with others.
Based at the historic Narromine Aerodrome, Flying with Grace combines quality recreational flight training with a strong focus on community, confidence and connection.
Meet Grace
Owner and Chief Flying Instructor Grace Walker brings more than 12 years of experience as a paramedic, where calm decision-making, communication and working under pressure were part of everyday life.
That experience now shapes her approach to flight training: patient, practical, safety-focused and supportive.
Grace is also an aerobatic and formation pilot and competes in aerobatics, bringing a broad range of flying experience and a genuine passion for developing pilots beyond the basics.
More Than Flight Training.
Flying with Grace is about creating opportunities and helping people discover what’s possible through aviation.
We actively support local organisations and youth initiatives, including Boys to the Bush and Tradies in Sight, and regularly participate in Girls with a Mission, Aviation Career Days and school career expos.
Grace also volunteers in the aviation community through Women in Aviation International, mentors young women and has served on the Narromine Aeroclub Committee.
Originally from Sydney, Grace has called Narromine home since 2012. Outside aviation, she enjoys travelling, scuba diving, arts and culture, and discovering new adventures. Fun fact: Grace is a qualified rescue diver.
Whether you're taking your first flight, working towards your pilot certificate, or looking to expand your flying skills, Flying with Grace is here to help you enjoy and empower you throughout the journey.
